kara kara masala kadalai ding dong






 dry or wet groundnuts one cup  and mix three tsp besan flour ,one tsp of rice flour, salt to tast , half tsp jeera powder , half tsp turmeric powder ,one tsp red chilli powder , quarter spoon hing. ( adding fennel powder , garam masala is optional and its ccording to your taste ) 

now mix the flours with peanuts sprinkle with little water to coat the mixture properly ..(not too much water, just sprinkle)

take a thick micro wave palte , spread few drops of oil on the plate.

spread peanuts on the plate., so as to firm single layer . no overlapping of nuts.

microwave for three minutes on high power , resting each minute and flipping the nuts .. add few curry leaves on top and again microwave high for one minute .

removeand allow to cool for five minutes .crush the curry leaves and mix with peanut masala ...
