Porulanga urundai

One cup boiled rice...fry nicely
Half cup chana dhal...fry nicely
Half cup moongdhal...fry nicely
Handful...pottu kadalai or roasted gram...fry nicely
Grind all ...seive d flour...
Add..dry ginger powder...cardamon powder...
Boil Jagger with water...till thick consistency...now mix d flour...coconut scrapping s...little ghee...mix nicely...make urundai..
