Daily have the same roti baji, sambhar rasam rice, appalam , for a change i tried the bombay fries ...it was something differnt for my tongue as iam fed eating the daily normal food.. some day even i need a change in my life as a chef, as a teacher, as a social worker, even though many are there in my list to boost negative energy and make me sad, but i feel by crunching sumthing which i like make me feel energetic..
thanks to The Bombay Fries did that job to me,,, it was really a stress burster to have one day what can i have for a change...

they have classic, cheese, chilli, mayo schewan , double, mayo chiilli, salsa, garlic, tandadoor with full of cheese fries for our yummy taste......

i tried bruce lee fries it was very spicy and u must have with a shake.. so i had with amboo shake.. amboo shake is a mix of vanilla, orea, brownie and red velvette cake mix... it was ahaaa..

They also have BBQ cheese, tandoori chilli, chipotle , periperi, nacho(valcano) ,pizza, fried with lots of cheese..

you can also go for M.Y.O.F. that is make your own fries... fries with your choice sauce and cheese...YOU HAVE CHOICE OF SAUCE LIKE THOUSAND ISLAND SAUCE, BBQ SAUCE, CHEESE,AND ALPENI SAUCE, MAYO SAUCE, CHITPOLE SAUCE, TANDOORI SAUCE, SALSA AND GARLIC SAUCE....

next i had amboo tornado fries where these twisted fries are made to perfection...amboo is a nepali word.

the taste was too good with full of cheese and yum , and it was a clear winner according to me today...
The bombay fries are not simply fries but a twisted fries made to perfection...

#Snackonyoghurt - HEALTHY RECIPES BY CHEF. VARUN-I don't really believe in diets. I love food... If I deprive myself, I'm going to snack on DANONE yogurt





I feel better all day if I start off by eating healthy. Breakfast is simple: multigrain toast with natural peanut butter, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, or healthy cereal.
I wasn't eating the right kinds of calories. I didn't know about healthy carbs such as brown rice and lentils. Now I eat small meals throughout the day: oatmeal with cinnamon to start, fruit and yogurt as a snack, and vegetables or with chicken or tuna, and a healthy carb, like a yam, for lunch.

yoghurt is differnt from curd or dahi.. the basic differnce lies in its method of preperation and also the beneficial bacterial strains that are used for the fermentation of milk. yoghurt is created by bacteria fermentation of milk using the above mentioned bacterial strains, while curd is processed by curdling milk with rennet or an acidic substance like vinegar or lemon juice ,...

he talked baout the nutrilicious snack otpion..... he made us aware by advising how it helps in our day to day life.. he made it a point by saying danone yoghurt is the healthier option , yoghurts nutrient density is better than other snacks.... he made me understand the value of my health...being a mother of 28 cancer kids.. he teached us how yoghurt has a huge potential to occupy the healthy snack and dessert space in the cnahging indian diets....

 

thanks varun, yesterday itself i had for dinner two cups danone yoghurt,,,, i loved both the flavours....

KUNG FU PANDA - delivery assured of a hearty meal.

I first came across this place in the Pan Asian delicacies' list of Zomato and since then this has been my favourite. One of the best places in Mumbai serving Asian cuisine. Spicy food lovers' paradise.
Good fresh food served hot in boxes!
A place highly recommended for Chinese Food lovers.
My first time with KUNGFUPANDA
Decent quantity and quality of Chinese food for TWO person if you are looking for a quick snack kind of meal. I like this kind of packaging wherein you don't need to use plates.
Quick service, tasty food with less oil. Was amazed at the efficiency
KungFu Panda is really a trustworthy brand which always fulfills our stomach.
After reading the glowing reviews from my fellow Zomatoers, I dutifully ordered from KUNGFU Panda for delivery assured of a hearty meal.
authentic food and managed to deliver within expectations. Recommended.



South East Asian cuisine has started capturing hearts for a while now. The freshness of flavours, their organic use of vegetables, a distinctly healthy taste as well as a platter full of colours are just a few of their intricacies. Kungfu Panda has managed to combine the essence of this South East Asian cuisine with the flavours of India to deliver some really healthy and spicy dishes.
By modern, we mean the design, logo, fonts as well as packaging. Everything is amazing and artistic with their delivery boxes, bags, etc.

ME AND MY FRIEND ORDERED '

1. BURNT CHILLI GARLIC NOODLES -best delicacies from various Pan-Asian cuisines.



2.MEAT TREAT RICE - The flavour intensity of the sauce along with the juicy MEAT is truly one of their best (and no wonder it's their diners favourite pick). We had to sip in some soda to get the food down our tummies.



3.BARBEQUE CHICKEN -was cooked to perfection and deliciousness at its best.



4.PLUM CHILLY CHICKEN - were another brilliant addition to the meal...The portion is good for sharing as well the finesse in ingredients usage and taste marks for a great food quality.Surprisingly, I loved everything I ate!



Yummy food that made the tummy happy. I loved the food.
If you’re in the mood for some hardcore junk food loaded with chicken, this is it. It is a dish for the one with a huge appetite as well as love for chicken ....
Served with a sweet chilli sauce, this one is magnified by the sauce. For those who don’t love sweet chilli, the subtle taste was a really good one too. We loved it a lot.
The COMBO in which it was served was finger-licking. They had a brilliant consistency with some amazing spices.

KOTHUMAI MAVU URUNDAI

Coarsly ground wheat flour 3cups (here in MUMBAI  we get ready made coarsely ground flour in the flour mill.If you don't get such flour in your place than buy wheat rava that you get from supermarket grind it in mixer nd you shall get the same consistency .) 1 cup wheat flour (regular one)
Oil more than 1/2litre to fry the muthias.
Ghee 50 grams
Jaggery the soft one 2cups shredded
Elaichi 5 pods peeled nd grains can be added to the muthiyas while grinding.

 


Method:-
Put the coarse wheat flour nd the regular one together in wide mouthed deep bottomed plate add one table spoon oil nd mix thoroughly.Add water nd form a stiff dough.From this dough make muthias of equal size.
Now fry this muthias in a medium low flame to golden brown.you can fry two to three muthias at a time.remove the muthias on tissue papers to remove the extra fat.
Allow the muthias to attain room temparature nd break the muthias to small pieces nd dry grind it in a mixer along with elaichi granules.
Now you get a rava like texture after grinding .gather this rava in a vessel nd set aside.
Now mount the kadahi on the gas .add ghee first on a medium low flame.once the ghee melts add jaggery(grated) nd within minutes you can see jaggery too melts nd forms a mixture with ghee floating.stop the gas nd shift the mixture to the vessel with wheat rava.mix properly nd form the laddoos immediately.
