we used malaysian palm oil for our salad and frying ....

No oil is 100& 'saturated' or 'polyunsaturated' or 'monounsaturated'. All natural fats contain a combination of all 3 of fatty acids - SO, every dietary fat will have a different effect on blood cholesterol.
Red ‪#‎palmoil‬ is rich on phytosterols, tocopherols, and tocotrienols, ALL of which have cholesterol lowering effect!
Leave your cholesterol worries behind!
Palm oil has Vitamin A too!
And to revise what you learnt in school - this vitamin is important for normal reproductive function, oxygen transport in blood, and brain and nerve health!
‪#‎Palmoil‬ represents the 'richest source of the lesser characterized vitamin E, α-tocotrienol.'
It possesses unique neuro-protective properties which not shared by other natural vitamin E family members.
Recent research on ‪#‎palm‬ ‪#‎Polyphenols‬ have been very promising and shows encouraging results in their ability to fight Type 2 diabetes. The study showed that elements in palm oil can counteract the high blood glucose levels. (via @Malaysian Palm Oil Council - Europe)

we did one more receipe with chicken ... it also came out very well. we used for that frying malayasian palm oil...

this malayasian palm oil deserves acoolades i was very sad that the event 3ended very soon.

to my happiness chef signed on my apron and said u r the best chef today u cooked very well here i put my autograph on your apron only... ohhh i was so proud and i was so happy and that moment in my life i just cant forget.

The results were delicious, and the food enthusiasts and bloggers were charmed by Chef Martin's sense of humour!
