Most exhausted work out.apple and strawberries smoothie

Apple skin peeled and cut in piece . Strawberry cut.first mix cut apple and strawberries in blender and churn nicely to smooth paste consistency. Add 150 ml low fat yoghurt and whip nicely.now ready for serve.put two ice cubes first then put the smoothie. Have chill.no sugar or honey added.chillax
