feel like eating cutlets..........................but........ what to do


overweight .....obesity.....makes me sad and makes to cry

and feel like eating cutlet.


so a easy method i made the cutlet...it came out yummyyyy

Dry roast oats for few mins and powder in mixie after cooling. 

Boil potatoes and peel them. Then mash nicely or grate it and keep it.

Boil peas as well and mash it with hands. 

Grate carrots and beetroot and squeeze out the juice. (Do not throw the juice but drink it v nutricious....can add in rasam too)
Finely cut onions and coriander leaves.
Now in a pan add oil add onions saute, then add ggg paste and saute. Add turmeric powder, red chilli pwdr, coriander pwdr, garam masala and saute. Then add beets and carrots saute until raw smell goes, add the mashed peas and potatoes, salt, amchur powder, coriander leaves, oats powdered 1/2 cup and mix well. Switch off flame. Add some more garam masala and mix. Allow to cool.
Make shapes of your choice . Dip this in maida water mixture then on the powderd oats( can use bread crumbs or rava too) and shallow fry or deep fry. Serve hot with ketchup .
