Vaikunda Ekadeshi Spl-Gothumai/ Wheat Flour Kali





Take one cup wheat flour and roast it till nice aroma comes. Heat 11/4 cup water and add 3/4 cup powdered jaggery to this and let it boil.Strain the jaggery water. To this add 2 tbsp grated coconut and add this roasted wheat flour and keep stirring. When it is cooked switch off and add 1 tsp elachi powder and 1 tbsp ghee also to this. You can add roasted cashews also if you wish.
