AFTER HECTIC WORK NOTHING IS THERE TO EAT.... WHAT TO DO SO TIRED NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ...NO ONE IS THERE LIKE ME TO COOK AND GIVE YOU... DONT WORRY..I TEACH YOU THIS SIMPLE KARA MURA.... YOU WILL BE HEALTHY ALSO AND HAPPY ALSO....

INGREDIENTS
Puffed Rice: 2cups
Roasted Peanuts(unsalted): 1cup
Tomato: 1big
Onion: 1medium
Grated Carrot: 1small
Coriander Leaves: 1/2tbsp
Lemon Juice of 1big lemon or 2small lemons
Green Chilli(deseeded): 1small
Red Chilli Powder: According to your spice
Salt as needed
Coconut Oil: 1tsp
METHOD
In a bowl mix finely chopped onion, tomato, grated carrot, coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice.
Now add puffed rice, roasted peanuts(unsalted) and coconut oil, mix it thoroughly.
Serve immediately smile emoticon
PS:
Always add Puffed Rice and Peanuts at the end to maintain crispness.
Coconut Oil gives authentic taste.
