100 gms of rose petals fresh ones. Just pesachify it in



 hundred gms of sugar. Do not use mixie or blender. Keep



 kasakifying for five mins. Add the juice of one lime. Keep



 aside



Now take a ilupa chatting add 200 gms of sugar and lil water




 bring to boil.After ten mins add the rose mixture too



Jam won't be smooth. So pachidi mathriyathu vanthathum



 irakudanum. No color no essence. The juicy part of the jam



 is in pretty pink
