NUTS BAR - FOR RUNNERS

1) Chop dates and raisins..
2) Chop nuts Badam, pista, Cashews and walnuts.. I used "gundu kal" for breaking them
3) In a pan, with a tsp of ghee, saute the dates and raisins.. Keep it aside..

4) With a tsp of ghee, roast the oats till you get good aroma or to light brown and add it to dates and raisins.. Mix them well..
5) Now roast the nuts with ghee and add to the mixture.. Mix them well..Add honey as bonding agent... Adjust honey to suit your pallets !!!.. Transfer it to mixie and give two or three pulses so they all come together ..

Now make shapes as you please.. Kids will enjoy !!!..
