Crunchy Masala Peanuts

Wet the groundnuts -one cup and drain .mix three tbsp Besan flour,1 tbsp rice flour,salt to taste,1/2 tsp Jeera powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp Hing (Adding fennel powder,garam masala is optional and your taste).
Now mix the flours with peanuts.Sprinkle little water to coat the mixture properly .(not too much ,just sprinkle water )
Take a thick microwave plate .spread few drops of oil on the plate .spread peanuts on the plate ,so as to firm single layer .no overlapping of nuts.
Microwave for three minutes on HIGH power ,resting each minute and flipping the nuts .add few curry leaves on top and again microwave high for one minute .remove and allow to cool for five minutes .crush the curry leaves snd mix with peanut masala ...enjoy garma garam masala peanuts .
