kothumai peda

WHEAT 1.5 CUPS
SUGAR 1 CUP(powder it)
MILK 1/2 CUP
GHEE 4-5 TBSP
CARDAMOM
METHOD
1)In a kadai,add 2 tbsp ghee and fry the wheat flour till it gives out a nice smell.
2)Then add powdered sugar,milk,cardamom powder,remaining ghee and mix well it leaves the sides of the kadai and doesnt stick to finger.
3)Make small pedas out of it.If you want you can garnish it with pista or almond.
4)Serve when cool..
