Pasta in white sauce

1. Butter
2. 8 to 10 garlic
3. 1 to 2 green chillies
4. 100 grams fresh cream
5. 1 to 2 tumblers boiled milk
6. 3 to 4 cheese cubes.
7. White pepper powder as required
8. Salt as needed.
9. Any Pasta(boiled with salt) 3 to 4 cups
10. Veggies(capsicum, onion, corn, etc...) fried in olive oil(should not loose its crunchiness)
Method.
Fry the garlic and chilli in butter and make it to cool
Grind that in mixie.
In a Kadai add butter.
Add the paste. Fry or a min or two.
Add the cream. Mix It well and stir for 2 to 4 min.
Now add the milk and stir well for few min.
Add the cheese cubes. Let it get dissolve in that.
Add salt and pepper powder.
Add the fried veggies and keep it for few min. The sauce becomes little thick.
Now add the pasta and mix well. Decorate with oregano and parsley....
