Dry fruit and nuts pulao

3tbsp oil
1tbsp cumin seeds
6-8cloves
1tbsp mustardseeds
1tbspwhite sesame seeds
1tbsp black sesame seeds
1/4cup flax seeds
1/2tsp fenugreek seeds
8-10 almonds
8-10cashewnuts
6walnuts
1-2 green chillies
Finely chopped
Curry leaves
Medium size onion-2 sliced
1tsp garam masala powder
Crushed black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1/4cupgreen peas
Dry grapes black1tbsp
Dry dates-5
Dry coconuts5 slice
Pine nuts1tbsp
Peanuts1tbsp
Tooti fruity fruits for dressing
4cups cooked rice
Process:
All items first one by one put pan and fry .add salt gram masala fry well .cook until oil starts to separate from the dry nuts .that time add1/2cup water.cook well.
Drained water from the mixture add rice and mix well.dressing tooti fruity.dry nuts and fruits pulao ready
