RICE TIKKIS

LEFT OVER RICE WHAT TO DO I CANT EAT DUE TO OVER WEIGHT....SO TRIED THIS 

Added some chilli powder, garam masala n cumin powder to the rice n smashed well. Added some grated carrots n corriander leaves. Then flaytened on my palm n shallow fried on tawa.... was a super hit.... kutties ketu vangi sapituta
