Chocolate Burfi

Powdered sugar: :- 2 cups
Milk powder : :- 1 cup
Cocoa powder : :- 4tbsps

Ghee : :- 3/4 cup
Little water to dissolve the powdered sugar
Method :-Take a plate and smear some ghee and keep it aside.
Take a kadai and put the powdered sugar and little water to dissolve the sugar. Once dissolved add the milk powder and keep stirring. Then add the cocoa powder and continue to stir. Add the ghee as you stir the mixture. Once the mixture forms potholes pour the mixture in the butter greased plate. After 3 to 4 mins cut into desired shapes with a butter smeared knife. Your chocolate burfi is ready to eat.
