Paneer 1 cup crumbled
Med size onion 1 chopped
Med size tomato 1 chopped
Small capsicum 1 chopped
Oil
Jeera 1 tsp
Green chillies 1 or 2 chopped according to yr taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt
Red chilli powder according to taste
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped
In a kadai add oil when it is hot add jeera, green chillies then add onion saute for 2-3 mts till they become soft. Now add capsicum saute for another 2 mts then add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder & mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 mts then add crumbled paneer & garam masala mix well & let it cook for another 2-3 mts switch off the gas & add coriander leaves. This burji is v easy to make & it goes with chapathi, phulka, poori or paratha.
For children, v can use this burji as a stuffing for bread & toast it in a sandwich maker & serve with sauce. They'll love it especially when they see such things in their tiffin box
Tip for paneer : if u r removing paneer from freezer soak it in hot water for some time which will help you to crumble the paneer easily.
