Karupu ulundu dosai with coconut onion and garlic chutney
For dosa:
2 cups idli rice
1 cup black urad dhal
1 tbsp methi seeds
Req salt..

1/2 cup grated coconut
4 to 5 garlic
1 medium onion
2 to 3 red kashmiri chillies
Small marble size tamarind
Req salt
1 tsp mustard seeds for tempering.

Method for dosa:
Soak everything together except salt for 4 hours .... grind them to a smooth batter.... add salt and let it ferment for 8 hours. Then make dosas.

Grind everything together in a mixie . Season it with mustard seeds.
