                     how to make diet bajji



now a days so many not liking besan flour and its not suiting for all sotmach.... for my hubby if i give besan he suffers a lottt...so tried a new way to give a diet baji instead of besan i tried wheat atta..

it came out yummy....

 I am not all good at my explanation.. So pl bear with it tongue emoticon This is my diet bhajji tongue emoticon i took one cup of wheat flour and a 1/4th of the cup of rice flour, 3 tea spoons of red chilli powder, 1/2 tea spoon of channa masala, finely chopped coriander, 1 spoon of turmeric and few sprinkles of omam.. Mixed and stir it well with water and add a table spoon of ginger garlic paste and stir continuously. Now the paste is ready, go with your fav vegetable and go for a toss!!




u can have this with tomato sauce or coconut chutney... yummy na try it....
