       Paruppu Podi 

     





Thuvar dal 1/2 cup
Channa dal 1/2 cup
Jeera 2 tea spn
Red chilli 15 to 20 ( i add only 6.Becoz my kids dont eat spicy
item)
curry leaf 1/4 cup


Hing,salt,oil.In a kadai put little oil roast hing and chilli.Now roast one by one.Allow to cool.grind in mixie


my friend daughter ammu kutty luvs paruppu podi so its dedicated to her... ammu ur parrapu podi is ready on the way .
