this season nachos gone wild at hard rock cafe, ever imagined a combinationof shawarma and nachos.... ever thought how heavenly it would be if pizza , pepperoni and nachos come together.... how about aloo kabuli channa and all things desi being tossed together with nachos... sesame wantons nachos laced with melted cheese sound intersting... ever heard of nachos whipped up with apple and walnut crumble... fusion inovation with some of the most in - demand flavors , the tantalizing line - up of nachos include pizzachos , rodeo nachos, desi nachos chaat, lebanese nachos , pepperoni pizzachos, tex-mex nachos and oriental nachos.. dessert devours can satiate their sweet tooth with the apple and walnut pie nacho crumble... every pick on the menu has been paired with a uniquely crafted margarita like the mojitarita ,bulldog margarita and cranberry and lychee margarita ....its all bout they created a unique experience for us .... whether its food or music or drinks... hats off to them for their innovative ideas....iam sure that my foodie heart can be on nachos... iam a nacho lover... i tried all veg nachos ... pizzachos -crisp corn tortillas,piled high ,layered with chreamy cheese sause ,tomato marinara sauce, capsicum,onions,olives,mixed cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, fresh oregano and chilli flakes..
then i tried rodeonachos- smoky tangy cowboy salsa of sweet corn and assorted peppers ,over fiery cilantro cheese sauce , melted cheddar cheese layered over crisp corn chips with jalapenos and green onions....
then i tried ahaa it was the clear winner ...desi nachos chaat- papdi chaat spice mix of aloo and kabuli channa, chatpata paneer, pudina chutney, khajoor chutney, yellow sev and fresh dhaniya....
and in dessert i tried apple and walnut pie nacho crumble- caramel sauce, cream cheese frosting ,apple and walnut crumble loaded over crunchy cinnamon sugar sprinkled tortilla bites with vanilla ice-cream....
