Weight loss, reduced sugar cravings, better digestion, more stamina are all by-products if you include green smoothies and healthy salads in your diet.
The ingredients used in the workshop will be plant based and largely organic- dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and oil free. Spend your morning putting together a super tasty as well as a fulfilling meal replaced by salads and smoothies. The ingredients for this meal will be all local as well as seasonal. Alternatives to exotic ingredients with Indian super foods will be offered.
