VEG ROLLS

1 tbsp oil , 1 tsp ginger garlic paste , one cup each of spring onion , grated carrot and grated cabbage.
1/2 tsp Pepper powder, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp chilli sauce , little sugar and salt to taste , corn flour paste and spring roll sheets.
Method: take a kadai , put oil and add ginger garlic paste. Then add all the veg together. Sauté for some time and add other ingredients . Add little corn flour paste and mix, let the mixture cool.
Take the spring roll sheets, put a spoon on the mixture and close it in such a way like a roll that the filling is not seen.
Then deep fry in oil .
( I used little all purpose flour and more of whole wheat flour to make the dough for the spring roll. Made it like chapatti and divided into two parts in between . The put the filling, rolled and sealed the sides)
