THIRIKADUHA RASAM






 Dhaniya 1tsp,channa dal 1tsp,milahu(acc to your karam),jeera 1/2 tsp,Chukku ( dry ginger) 1 small piece,Kandathippili stick 1no,coconut oru 3 to 4 pieces.First crush chukku.Add little ghee in kadai roast all the above ING except coconut.Grind above all to very fine smooth paste by adding water.Take nellikai size puli.Nanna karaichundu add haldi,hing,salt,jaggery and chopped tomato..allow to boil .When raw smell leaves add this ground paste.Add water to adjust.Allow to boil.Thaluchufy and garnish.
