Cracked wheat(godhumaravai) Vegetable Adai/Diabetic Adai-Nutritious,healthy and great for weight loss....with spicy kothamalli thokku for dinner..

godhumai ravai:1cup
Kadlaparupu,Tuvaram parupu,ullutham parupu(channadhal,Tuvardhal,urad dhal):1/4cups each, coconut thuruval1cup
Hing :a good pinch
Red chillies according to one's taste
Jeera
Salt
Karuvepplai,kothamalli,grated ginger
Veggies:carrot,capsicum,onion(I have not used onions)
Soak all dhals,redchillies,jeera for 2hrs separately.Soak godhumaravai separately. wash n peel the skin of the carrot n grate it . Then grind all dhals,coconut,jeera,redchillies ,hing,salt like Adai batter and in final round add godhumaravai n give one round in mixie. Add karuvepplai,veggies,grated ginger n give it a stir. Heat a tava and prepare like normal Adai. Serve it with any chutney or vellam.
