Soak all dhals,redchillies,jeera for 2hrs separately.Soak godhumaravai separately. wash n peel the skin of the carrot n grate it . Then grind all dhals,coconut,jeera,redchillies ,hing,salt like Adai batter and in final round add godhumaravai n give one round in mixie. Add karuvepplai,veggies,grated ginger n give it a stir. Heat a tava and prepare like normal Adai. Serve it with any chutney or vellam.
