BAHALABATH

2Cups Raw rice,sabhudana (jawarisi) 1/4 cup(unbleached one.available in organic shop). kaichada milk 4 cups,curd 2cup,Butter 2tblsp,salt.roasted cashew,raisins ans madulai.( we can add green grapes also).This food is for only 5 to 6 years kutties.so i dont add green chilli,ginger,cury leaf and kothamalli.But for us add pannikalam.).First soak sabudhana for 4 hours.In a cooker add 4cups milk,2cups water,washed raw rice,and soaked jawarisi.close it with lid.put weight.Keep it in medium flame for 20mts.Switch off.Then mash it with gundu karandi(nanna kuzhaichundu thalara irukkum).Then add 2cups curd,2tblsp butter,salt.thaluchufy with kaduku.Add roasted nuts.Mix well.Finally add pome
