Gatte ki sabji

For gattas
Besan 1\2 cup
Oil for mixing.
Red chilli powder 1\2 tsp
Daniya powder 1\2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1\2 tsp
Crushed kasuri methi 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method -
Mix all ingredients together and make a tight dough. Boil water in a pan . Make thick, long log shaped strips and put in boiled water one by one.
Boil for ten mins till it becomes fluffy and comes up. Now strain it and cut in to small pieces and keep aside.

For gravy
Ingredients
Chopped tomato 1\2 cup
Chopped ginger 1\2 inch
Red chilli powder 1\2 tsp
Haldi powder 1\2 tsp
Daniya powder 1\2 tsp
Garam masala 1\2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for seasoning
Grind all ingredients into paste and keep aside.
Method
Heat some oil in a pan,add 1\2 tsp cummin seed,let them sputter,add ground paste ,haldi powder and saute till release the oil from side of the pan.
Add 1 tab sp ,thick ,beaten curd and 1\2 tsp of jaggery.
Add crushed kasuri methi and mix.
Cook for few min.
Add the gattas to the gravy and cook for few min.
Garnish with curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti,naan,paratha,etc.

(If you want more gravy add some water or buttermilk to 1 tsp besan and mix well .Add to the gravy and cook fe
w min.)
