OMAM AND INJI RASAM -DIWALI AFTER EFFECT

First in 1tsp ghee roast 1tsp omam,2tsp pepper,1tsp jeera.1tsp thur dal.Allow to cool.grind the above with 2inches size ginger to very fine smooth paste by adding little water.In a vessel put chopped tomato,keerina green chilly,haldi,hing,salt,oru chinna vellam katti.add water.boil it for 10 mts.then add ground paste.Add water to adjust the consistancy.Boil it for few mts.Thaluchufy.Garnish.Switch off.add lemon juice.
