Banana halwa :

4 bananas
3 spoons of sugar

3 spoons of ghee
Cashews
Cardamom powder
Kesari colour powder
In a kadai add 1 spoon of ghee, fry cashews. Grind banana in to a paste. Add That grounded banana to kadai. Stir for 2 minutes. Let the banana smell go. Then add sugar, remaining ghee, colour powder cardamom powder. Stir for another 2 mins ....Banana halwa readY..........................................
