3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup yogurt
1/2cup fresh orange juice ...make b4 u start doing cake ...dont do well in advance otherwise will taste bitter.
1/2 cup oil
11/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp orange zest ( grate the orange peel)
Now sift the flour, baking pwdr and soda together 2 or 3 times. Keep aside.
Now take a bowl mix yogurt and sugar. Mix well until it dissolves. Then add orange juice, oil, orange zest. Mix properly. Now add sifted flour little by little and bind together. Pour in a greased tin and Cook for 35-40 mins in cooker. Ur cake is ready to be served.
