sutta kodamalagai capsicum chutney



Capsicum chatni
Heat the capsicum directly in the flame upto the skin fully turns black... U will get a nice smell of capsicum.
Cool it and wipe out the black skin with a clean dry towel .... Remove the seeds cut into small pieces.
Grind the capsicum with 1 cup of coriander leaves 1/2 cup mint leaves(optional) 2 green chillies little tamarind and 3 garlic cloves with salt.
After giving one or two pulses in the mixie add 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/4 spoon chilli powder and a pinch of garam masala.
Grind well that everything mixes well
Serve with any type of parathas...
