Crispy potato cheese balls..kids friendly.



1. Smash boiled cooled peeled 4 big potatoes
2. Add grated 4 cubes amul cheese to the potato

3. Add finely chopped coriander leaves
4. Add 4 tbsp of besan flour( kadalai maavu or maida)
5. Add pepper powder and chat masala with salt according to ur taste.
6. Mix the dough to smooth and make small balls.
7.deep fry in oil at medium flame
8. Serve hot.
9 .if mixture breaks in oil add more flour ..
