thayir brinjal curry


Brinjal 4to5 nos
1cup curd
1/2 tsp jeera
2tsp gram flour(basan)
(2greenchillies,little ginger & coriander leaves crushed)
Turmeric powder little
Asafoetida a pinch
Method
Whisk the curd & mix the gram flour & crushed chilli,ginger & coriander leaves crushed
Heat oil add jeera then brinjal saute till soft
Add turmeric powder & hing
Add the curd mix into the pan and add salt
Keep it in a low flame for few mts
(Cooked channa is optional)
I have added little cooked channa too
Tastes good
