Elaneer pudina rasam

. Ingredients Two cups of coconut water, half cup tamarind water and one cup parrupu boiled water. Handfull pudina leaves finely chopped. Take kadai season with mustard seeds , jeera and whole red Chilli in coconut oil. Then add tamarind water and boil for 5 mins. Then add parrupu water and turmeric powder and asafoetida bring to boil for 2 to 3 min. Now add the chopped pudhina leaves .Final stage add coconut water and salt and boil for 5 min. Rasam is ready. No tomatoes required in this and the combination of pudina and coconut water goes very well.
