Maida 200 gms
Baking pdr 1 tspn
Soda bi carbonate 1 tspn
Milkmaid 400 gms
Butter 100 gms
Sugar 2 tspns
Grated carrot 1 big
Dates 250gms
Van ess 1 tspn
Drinking soda abt half a can.
Sieve Maida bakg pdr soda bi carb
Soak deseeded dates in 6 tblspns warm water mixed with a pinch of soda bi carb. Mash with a spoon
Blend Milkmaid. .butter...sugar.
Mix Milkmaid mixture to Maida mixture adding carrot+ dates .add van ess. ..keep adding drinking soda a li'l by li'l(honey consistency).mix well.
Grease a cake tin. ..Bake at n.a.180degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
