Maida 1 cup

Method
Mix maida and half cup Chiroti rava with pinch of salt and add add little heated oil and water and make a dough not too soft nor too hard and keep it aside for half an hour. Roast the half cup of rava and mix little warm water and keep it aside.
Grind the coconut and copra together . Heat little water and add jaggery and let it boil . Add the coconut mixture and rava and dry fruits and mix well. Add elachi powder.
Make a small ball out of the dough and spread it and fill it with coconut mixture and close and pat like flat. It shd not be too thin. Sprinkle Khus Khus over it. Deep fry in hot oil.enjoy the sajappa hot or can be stored for a day or two.
