Aloo Dahi rasa

Potato
Onion

Green chilli
Cumin
Asfodeta
Curd
Salt
Turmeric
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Besan flour
1.pressurecooker the potato and peel the skin of it and keep aside
2.in a pan add oil add cumin and asfoteda chopped green chilli ,turmeric,coriander powder,chilli powder,bed an powder mix everything then add onion and break the boil patato in hand and put in the pan and mix well
3.pour some water and boil it bubble comes
4.pour some curd by stirring everything with spoon
Keep stirring until u get bubble
Note :don't stop stirring while pouring curd As it will get splurged
5. Then add Garam masala this is optional

6.Add salt and mix well
Now off the stove and garnish with coriander and serve
