Ginger-lime squash

For 250 gms of ginger (peel n cut in to small pieces, grind in a mixer with little water, keep the extract) 1 glass of lime juice (200ml)), 1 kg sugar. Add five glasses of water to 1 kg sugar n bring to boil. Let it cool, now add the ginger extract n lemon juice, store it in dry bottles. Your ginger-lime squash is ready.
