Raw mangoes-5
Mustard powder- 125 gms
Til-200gms (to be dry roasted n powdered)
Salt -150 gms
Methi seeds- 2 tsp dry roasted
Oil-200 ml
Lg- katti - 2tsp powdered
Mix all the ingredients in a dry bowl n finally add cut mangoes
Store in a air tight container
Mix with a dry spoon on alternate days (twice) after preparing the pickle
