Dangar pachidi
Dry roast urad dal until reaches golden colour.grind it in a mixer.keep it in a fridge.Take one cup thick curd add 1or 2tblsp of this powder add salt,hing.temper with kaduhu.add raw jeera.mix well.garnish with kothamalli
