Vazhapoo adai

1 measure puzhungal arisi
1 measure tuvaram paruppu
1/2 measure each of kadhai & ulutham paruppu,
1 handful of red chillies
Hing & salt to taste
Lots of curry leaves
I big cup Vazhapoo finely cut
Soak the rice & paruppu for 2-3 hrs,grind coarse for adai maavu
Mix salt, hing, kariveppilai, Vazhapoo
It should be thick to thattify on the thava
Slow roast & cook both sides by applying oil & serve hot with vellam & molagaipodi
Moru morunnu irukkum
