Hot and soft Broccoli aloo parathas ready

I first washed , blanched and grinded in mixie with 2 gr chilli 

and a piece of ginger. Just grrr...nalla udhiriya varum. Then 

oil la jeeragam thalichutu arachada pottu, boiled mashed 

potato , uppu, dhaniya podi, konjam kara podi , amchur 

powder pottu nalla vadhaki ara vechen. Maavula omam uppu

manjal podi pottu pisanjen. Then roll a ball of flour, stuff 

inside close roll again carefully and put on tawa and turnboth 

sides . Apply ghee or oil and turn until brown spots appear.
