CARROT PURI



 Carrot peel and cut into small pieces.put in water on stove for roughly 10 minutes for blanching cool and bring to a paste adding little water.UAE this to make the dough for Puri.u can add oil or ghee and salt if more water needed can add .keep for 15-30 minutes.then roll like normal Puri and fry.u can use spinach or beetroots also in the same way
