MANGO PICKLE AS PER GRANDMAMAS ADVICE

 cut one raw mango into long thin pieces, keep it aside make masala by grinding one handful red chillies really red ones, 1.5 spoons of mustard, big lemon size vellam, hing & rock salt, add to the raw mango & mix well, adjust masala to your taste... Yummy kadugu mango us ready... After a day you can refrigerate... This can stay for a month or so... It gives a tangy taste with pulippu, kaaram & vellam
