KIDS FAVOURITE CHOCLATE YUM YUM

Whipping cream - 250ml
Dark chocolate - 75grams
Method:
- In a bowl, add the dark chocolate to 50ml of whipping cream. It is best if the chocolate is chopped into small pieces for easy mixing.
- Heat this in the microwave in 30 second intervals and mix until you get a mixed chocolate syrup.
- Let this syrup cool.
- In a vessel, beat the rest of the whipping cream until you get a fluffy cream. You can use an electric beater or beat by hand.
- Set aside around one table spoon of the syrup. Fold in the rest of the chocolate syrup into the fluffy cream. Make sure the syrup is completely cool, otherwise it will spoil the cream.
- Layer the mousse and chocolate syrup in a small cup.
- Refrigerate and eat.
- You can top it off with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. You can also use any berries to garnish.
- Tip 1: You can add a little chilled coffee brew to the syrup and cream to give it a coffee flavour.
- Tip 2: Use dark chocolate to give a rich chocolate flavour.
- Tip 3: Have small serving potions as it can be overpowering.
