Black Kollu -curry leaf -ginger thohayal

.wash clean 3cups curry leaf.drain it.Wash clean and peel ginger(oru vral alavu inji).chopp it.In a small pan add gingelly oil add kaduhu,hing,Karuppu kollu(available in organic shops) 3tblsp,roast very well.then add curry leaf.just saute for few mts.let it cool.grind it in a mixer with chopped ginger,konjam puli,salt,oru kutti spoon jaggery powder.healthy thohayal ready.
