Vellam manga

Mango-5
Red chilli powder-150 gms
Mustard powder-100 gms
Salt -150gms
Jaggery-300gms (powdered)
Til oil-250ml
Methi seeds- 2 tsp
Lg-1tsp
Mix All the ingredients with cut mango
Mix with a dry spoon on alternate days(twice) after making the pickle
Tastes yummy with dosa chapatti,adai,poori,upma
N curd rice too
