PAYARU SOUP

With 50 grams of payaru, we can make about 12 cups of soup. .Soak moong for about one hour and boil in cooker. Then grind and make it a soft paste. Then add milk with cheese or butter, 5 cloves,small piece of pattai for the above amount. Boil. Then add salt,black pepper, red chilly powder to taste and small pieces of onions, tomatoes, dhania. Soup will be nice with liged pappad or toasted bread.
