Cut onion 3 colour bell pepper one tomato  and corn 🌽 in a pan  add oil and a tbsp of ghee put some jeera then saute veggies add salt Maggi masala cube chilli sauce schezwan sauce little vinegar and soy sauce then put cooked either basmati or normal rice and saute in high flame  for five minutes remove from flame and garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves
