Gobi fry

Gobi fry recipe:--Clean the cauliflower in warm water,add salt turmeric and boil for ten minutes,Drain the water and let it get dried totally.Make a mixture for medium size cauliflower.
1/5th rice powder,3 spoon corn powder,garam masala 1tea spoon ,red
 chilli powder 1or 2spoon required for your taste,salt as per the mixture,as we have added salt in the flower while boiling,mix this in a bowl by adding 1/2cup curd ,and put the boiled flower in the mixture and mix it well .Now heat the kadai hot and while frying in medium flame and flip it and fry it as it turns crispy remove it .crispy gobi fry is ready.
